Despite its meaty size, this is a medium-bodied cigar. The BHK 56 allows for a steady, strong draw and gives off a fine, oak-scented smoke, laced with an edge of spicy cinnamon and refined sugarcane.
These cigars come packed in a svelte black box of smooth fabric, and when cut and drawn for the first time can be paired beautifully with a dram of peaty Islay Scotch.
This Toro-size cigar has been bound by hand in Cuba, and traces of this traditional process can be seen on the light brown surface. The filling is made of Tiempo Medio, one of Cuba’s rarest tobacco leafs.
